Question:
Currently our client a coal mining company in Kalimantan still seeking qualified Deputy Project Manager, Section Head, Supervisor and Group Leader to support their mining operation in achieving 2.0 Million tons coal per year. The production will progressively increase become 5.0 Million in the next three years.


Answer:
DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER Requirement: - Age Max. 45 years old - Hold a Mining/Geology Degree - Hold a Chief of Technical Mine Certification - Has experience in open pit coal mining more than 6 (six) years and 2 (two) years in managerial position - Has good leadership - Understand long/short term coal mine planning

SECTION HEAD (PRODUCTION & ENGINEERING) Requirement: - Age Max. 40 years old - Hold a Mining/Geology Degree - Has experience in open pit coal mining more than 5 (five) years and 2 (two) years in managerial position - Understand long/short term coal mine planning

SUPERVISOR (PLANT, LOGISTIC, SHE) Requirement: - Age Max. 35 years old - Hold a related to each position - Has experience as a supervisor in open pit coal mining more than 3 (three) years

GROUP LEADER (PRODUCTION, PLANT & ENGINEERING) Requirement: - Age Max. 30 years old - Hold a Mechanical (PLANT)/Geology (EGINEERING)/Mining (PRODUCTION) Degree - Has experience in open pit coal mining more than 4 (four) years (PRODUCTION)/ 3 (three) years (ENGINEERING & PLANT)
